Summary: Have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend, especially for anything to do with SMU- walking distance to anywhere on campus. Excellent new restaurant, rooms have always been spotless and comfortable, staff always pleasant and welcoming.

Summary: The air conditioning did not get cold at night, my husband‘s room stay hot all night through seven days of stay. The drain of the bathroom was not cleaned up. The hair on the floor was not picked up. Besides all that it’s in great location really quiet at night. There stores around the hotel ,really convenient.

Summary: We were not told the property is undergoing construction!The restaurant was closed and they only offered free coffee from 5-7am! Ridiculous! Not enough towels, several outlets didn’t work, no water bottles offered in the room. The AC unit kicked on and off very loud during the night. We’ve stayed at other Graduate Hotels and this was a disappointment. Seemed to be short on staffing too. Disappointed in Hilton!!

Summary: The hotel location is excellent, but that’s about it. Nothing else measured up to the price we paid. The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby, elevator and hallways were all dusty and dirty. The shower stall was badly constructed, and water flooded across the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. Parking was by valet only, which turned into an unexpected and unwelcome cost and inconvenience. (The parking places are right there next to the entrance, so I would have rather gotten directly into the car myself without assistance.) “Breakfast” was a grab and go of overpriced coffee and muffins. We elected to go out and found a nice breakfast place in the neighborhood instead. None of the staff members were particularly cordial or responsive to our disappointment with the condition of the hotel.

Summary: I was not aware they were undergoing a renovation from The Lumen to becoming a Graduate by Hilton hotel. So there was active construction and work going on during my stay and The Front Room restaurant was not open. That being said, I was told it is slated to be complete by April 2025, and the style and amenities of the new brand look great so far. Also the staff was really accommodating- including Gilbert at the front desk check in who gave me a place to work while I waited for my room to be ready. I look forward to coming back when all of the upgrades are complete!
